The Big B- is Back in Action! 'Ek Ajnabee' is directed
by Apoorva Lakhia who made his directorial debut with
Abhishek movie 'Mumbai se Aaya Mera Dost.'A world away
from his first movie 'Ek Ajnabee' is all set to be a
mind blowing thriller with a twist. Shot entirely in
Bangkok, Thailand, the action sequences have been co-ordinated
by director Seng ( OngBak) so it should not be short
of a few moves!We meet Suryaveer Singh as played by
Amitabh Bachchan, here is a man who has seen everything
and has watched life pass him by. All that keeps him
company now is his alcohol. In an attempt to face his
demons by chance he comes across an 8 year old girl,
(Baby Rucha is Anamika) which he is asked to protect.
She changes his life, returning that smile to his face
bringing a meaning and a purpose to everything. Although
she is of rich parents she is not spoilt, although full
of life and laughter she can crack even the hardest
of men even Surya.
Just as his life changes for the better an unexpected
twist takes a turn as she is kidnapped turning Suryaveer's
life upside down again.
When Suryaveer was in the army he was alongside Shekhar,
who now resides in Bangkok. So when a rich industrialist
needs someone to protect his daughter, Shekhar suggests
Suryaveer.Although packed with action this movie also
boasts some excellent cinematography as well as impressive
editing. The music score is by Amar Mohile (He composed
the score for Ram Gopal Varma's 'Sarkar')Get ready for
this movie, due for release in December which is sure
to take you through one crazy emotional whirlwind tale
of deceit and drama between the characters.
