A
diabolical conspiracy - Code name JEET - will explode
on May 10. Today is May 4. The dice is loaded. The bomb
is ticking. Master terrorist Jamwal has the plan, the
network and the target. The ATC (anti terrorist cell)
has just seven days before May 10 - Dus. Just seven
days to flush out Jamwal and uncover the plot. Just
seven days before political pressure shuts down the
ATC. The law is helpless. Political will is hopeless.
The tentacles of evil have spread too far? Even up to
the PM's office. The tension is mounting. The deadly
deadline is decreasing. DIG Siddhant (Sanjay Dutt) of
the ATC and his elite squad - Shashank (Abhishek Bachchan),
Aditi (Shilpa Shetty), Aditya (Zayed Khan) along with
Canadian police officer Dan (Sunil Shetty) and Neha
(Esha Deol) must accept the challenge. Before Dus, they
must penetrate Jamwal's closely guarded network and
uncover the secret of JEET. If the terrorists succeed
- the world will forever be hostage to their demands.
If the ATC fails - 26,000 innocent men, women and children
will die a horrible death. Just seven days. Before Dus.
Quiet and reserved,
Shashank (Abhishek Bachchan), does not think twice about
lying to big brother Siddhant when it comes to his smoking!
Whether he's flying a plane with a deadly cargo, or
driving a car with a bomb ticking inside, Shashank never
loses his cool his computer-like mind assesses
and analyses the situation and decides on the best course
of action. Aby's baby, Abhishek simply smoulders in
this action cum silent lover role that suits him to
a T...
DIG Siddhant (Sanjay
Dutt) puts duty above everything even his only
sister Anu's (Dia Mirza) engagement. Mounting political
pressure, the painful knowledge that there is a mole
within his trusted team, the horrible realization that
the lives of thousands of innocent people are at stake,
the dreadfully short deadline before Dus. With so many
odds stacked against him, a lesser man may cave in,
but never Siddhant. The deadly Dutt is tailor-made for
this role, which combines high octave action with heartrending
emotion.
Always on a short fuse,
Dan (Sunil Shetty) is a Canadian police officer who
believes in the law of the gun he shoots first,
and then asks questions! Estranged from his wife (Raima
Sen), his macho exterior belies the heavy burden that
weighs on his heart - the death of his child. Dan is
impulsive and emotional much like Sunil Shetty, the
beloved Anna of Bollywood who plays this role...
Raima Sen plays the
cameo of Priya, Dan's estranged wife. Not having come
to terms with the devastating loss of her unborn child,
sensitive Priya seeks solace only in the company of
children, who will lose their lives, if Dan and the
ATC cannot crack code JEET...
Playing Anu, Dia Mirza
essays a perfect cameo of a sweet simple girl, dreaming
of her handsome fiancée and soon-to-be nuptials.
Then she is caught in a nightmarish situation, not because
she has done anything wrong but only because both her
brothers are ATC officers.
Aditya (Zayed Khan)
simply loves bombs. The more explosive they are, the
more fun he has taking them apart! Such is the pleasure
he takes in his deadly job that he even sings to the
bombs while defusing them. But beneath the happy go
lucky exterior lies a secret his abiding love
for Anu, which he thinks nobody, knows. The joi de vivre
with which Zayed tackles his deadly profession and his
role in the film may just tempt you take up bombs as
a holiday past time...
